We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2023, at the age of 84, James Edward Snipes of Lovington, New Mexico, born in Fort Sumner, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Albert and Louise Snipes; and his brothers, Fred Snipes and Doug Snipes. He is survived by : his sons, Dayton Snipes, Brit Snipes and Patrick Morgan Snipes; his granddaughter Justine Flemmons; and his siblings, Burt Snipes, Clint Snipes and Ardis Blanchard. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
