He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimiro Sisneros and Concepcion "Conchita" Chavez; and his siblings, Ernesto Sisneros and Mary Lucero. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Sisneros of Amarillo, Veronica Aranda (Fabian), Ulises Sisneros of Lovington and Joe Samuel Sisneros Jr. (Kim) of Las Cruces; and his siblings, Lucy Sanchez of Hobbs, Margaret Sotelo (Oscar) of Portales, Susie Lann (David), Theresa Sisneros of Amarillo, Robert Sisneros of Amarillo and Fred Sisneros of Las Cruces. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
