He was predeceased by: his parents, David Herbert Green and Geraldine Lewis Green; and his mother-in-law Willie Mae Bell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wynne; his daughter Lisa Hall; his grandchild Chelsi (Oscar Moralez); his children, Chase Hall and Cory Hall; his great grandchildren, Braydon, Zayli and Kree; his son Richard Green (Shelly); his grandchildren, Cameron, Corbin (Lindsey), Candice, Carson, Cason and Cyler; his children, Cheri (Monsoor Karimi) and Kendrick Green; and his brother-in-law Randy Wynne.
