It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Scott Burris of Mayhill, New Mexico, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jack Burris; his brother Patrick Burris; and his former wife Diane Burris. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Burris; his mother Mary Burris; his daughter Ashley Bochnowski (Ryan); his grandchildren, Ivy and Owen Bochnowski; his stepdaughter Chantel Jaquez (Carlos); his stepgrandchildren, Adryana, Aiden and Carly Jaquez; his brother Jerry Burris (Trisha); his nieces and nephews, Jacquelyn, Destinie, Grace, Sierra and Ben; his stepbrothers, Vince, Mark and Pete Burris; and his close friends, Rick and Debbie Cotham. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, many extended family and friends.
