With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evangelina Barela Miranda (Moriarty, New Mexico), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Barela and Frances Barela (Sanchez). She is survived by: her husband Ruben Miranda; her sons, Alfredo Juan and Alferdo Juan; her siblings, Herbert, Emily, Betty and Terry; her daughter Rubena Miranda; her grandsons, Evan, Emilio and Rian; her great grandchild Ruben; her siblings, Raymond (Sarah), Joe, Ann (late Doug) and Cindy; and her brother-in-law Dwight. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and lifelong friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
