She is survived by: her father Pete Sr. Romero; her spouse Sammy Chavez; her daughter Yolanda; her sons-in-law, Josh Lyle (Yevette) and Gregg Aday; her grandchildren, Alexi Lyle and Taylor Aday; her son Tyson Gonzales (Amanda); her grandchildren, Tyson Jr., Aria, Raedyn and Carter; her son Tyler Gonzales; her grandchildren, Tori and Talan; her siblings, Pete Jr. Romero (Karla), Johnny Romero (Laura), Natalie Trujillo (Rick Sr.), Clarence Romero (Emily) and Manuel Maldonado; her godchildren, Dominic, Samantha, Brenda, Tyson, Kelly and Ione; her aunt Dee Dee; and her nieces and nephews, Ricky, Jaron Andrews, Shawn, Logan Miller, Dominic Romero, Pete Jude, Ashley Romero, Antone Romero and Yelania Romero. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made by giving blood at your local blood bank or by contributing in Marie's honor to the American Heart Association or Donate Life New Mexico.
