With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lisa Nelson of Mule Creek, New Mexico, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on August 23, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lisa shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lisa farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon Rappaport and Florence Ward Rappaport. She is survived by: her brother Brue Rappaport (Lydia) of Glenwood, NM; and her nephews, John Rappaport (Megan) of Commerce Township, MI and Justin Rappaport (Kristin) of DeWitt, MI. She is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society, a cause that was close to her heart.
