He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughter Cidelia Sharla (George); his stepchildren, Dennis Ortiz (Jeanette) and Lorraine; his grandchildren, Curtis Lovato, Charlie Jr. and Stacey Hernandez; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Rivera, Joshua Ortiz, Dominick Ortiz, Daniel Ortiz, Johnathan Ortiz and Jennifer Ortiz; his siblings, Mike (Rose), Bobby (Colleen) and Mary Madrid (Cruz); and his sister-in-law Erla Lovato.
