It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shanda Marie Sweeney of Nambe, New Mexico, born in Leadville, Colorado, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Michael Bobby, Roberta Perez, Rudy and Mary Sweeney; her uncles, David Sweeney, Andy Perez and Robert Perez; and her cousins, Andrew and Jerome Sweeney.
She is survived by: her parents, Rudy Sweeney and Madeline Sweeney; her children, Keysha, Anthony Jr., Dylon and Kassandra; her grandson Dominicus; her stepmother Elena Sweeney; her sisters, Melissa (Mike Ortiz), Sarah Martinez (Jamie Archuleta), Miranda (Chris Kitts) and Sierra Mondragon; and her nieces and nephews, Alexandria, Miquela, Jose, Mariah, Caleb, Elysianna, Jesiah and Sienna. She is also survived by her family and friends.
