He is survived by: his parents, Orlando Ortiz (Frances) and Irene Acosta (Jose); his wife Biridiana Munoz Ortiz; his children, Angelo Ortiz Jr. (Angelica), Ambrose Ortiz, Angelita Ortiz and Suzie Sedillo; and his siblings, Jose Isaac Ortiz (Lupe), Richard Ortiz (Lesley), Joanie Stout (Matthew), Justin Ortega (Destiny), Vicente Otero (Amber) and Lorenzo Otero. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, many extended family members and friends.
