He is survived by : his wife Helen Roybal; and his children, Debra Pacheco (Frank), Elizabeth Roybal, Donna Romero (Freddie), Roy Roybal Jr. (Evelyn), Randy Roybal and Troy Roybal. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
