He was predeceased by: his mother Anjelita; and his wife Rosa Mendoza. He is survived by: his children, Abel (Melissa Loya), Israel Loya of Honolulu, HI, Miguel Loya (Missy) of Portales, Susana (Josh Short), Marisol (Brandon Rose) and Raquel (Luis Lugo). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
