He is survived by: his wife Hazel Mae Carroll; his children, Billy Owen, Jr. (Sheila), Jeff (Kayla Owen), Debbie (Kerry Victor), Teresa Naggs of Albuquerque and Sandi Golden (Laura Owen) of Arch; and his siblings, Jim Owen of Wichita Falls, TX and Dot Ray of Porter, OK. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
