She is survived by: her sons, Jim Gorrell (Ronda) of Henderson and Marvin Gorrell of Portales; her grandchildren, Latosha, Audra, Lane, Travis, Sarah and Ethan; and her close friend Melvina Crockett. She is also survived by sister and numerous cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Emmanual Baptist Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at the Portales Cemetery (1600 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
