He was predeceased by: his children, Sam Cook and Sheryl McCutchen. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hansard; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law Ginny Cook of Albuquerque, NM; his daughter Sandra; his son-in-law Robert Keppler of Midland, TX; his daughter Melinda Higgs of Las Vegas, NV; and his children-in-law, Debbie Cook of Clovis, NM and Kyle McCutchen of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made to American Legion Post #31 in Portales to support the Veterans Military Stones project.
