She is survived by : her children, Iva, Johnny Collins (Rhonda), Ivan Collins (Pam) and Debora Birdsong (Curtis); her grandchildren, Roy, Randy, Chance, Micah, Bryanna, Nathan and David; her great grandchildren, Jax, Nash, Reagan and Charlie; and her siblings, Charles Chambers (Evelyn), Jim Chambers (Deanna) and Anita Wilmeth (Pat).
