She is survived by: her husband W. Anthony Major, Jr. (Tony); her parents, Duane Johnson and Marlene Johnson (Fodness) of Tucson, AZ.; her children, W. Anthony Major, III (Leva Ann Daly) of Tucson, AZ., Lindsay McIntyre (Lawrence McIntyre III) of Tucson and Jamie Young of Tucson; and her siblings, Charlene Forslund (Timothy Forslund) of Seattle, WA, Nadene Johnston (Edward Yurs) of Tucson, AZ and Jay Johnson (Jennifer Johnson) of Tucson. She is also survived by several aunts & uncles, many in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
