He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rogers and Petra Mora; his wife Emilia Lucero; and his brother Frank Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Patsy Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez (Isabel Rodriguez), Teresa Rodriguez and Tammy Encinias (Carlos Ornelas). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren.
