He is survived by: his parents, Carol Payne of Portales and Ned Banks; his stepmother Patty Banks of Ozawkie, KS; his brother Jason; his sister-in-law Jena Wilbanks of Portales; his sister Karla; and his brother-in-law Mike Kahler of Belton, TX. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and other family members, and his many, many friends.
