In the sacred silence of farewell, Maria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Fortunato Cordova; her parents, Jose Baca and Petrita Baca; and her children, Augustine Cordova and Gabriel Cordova.
She is survived by: her children, Manuel Cordova of Portales, Regina Gonzales (Jimmy) of Lubbock, Angela Cordova (Phil Aranda) of Lovington, Stephanie Cordova of Portales, Adolpho Cordova (Veronica) of Portales and Mary Cordova of Amarillo; and her brother Nino Baca (Viola) of Portales. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
