He was predeceased by : his wife Linda De La Rosa; and his son Oscar Lozano, Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Ricardo Ruiz (Anna) and Maria Hidalgo; and his siblings, Marcelino Lozano, Jr. (Josephine), Robert Lozano, Rosa Elva Madrid, Lorraine Tellez and Sandra Lopez. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
