Rhonda Berry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhonda Berry of Portales, New Mexico, who passed away on December 7, 2025 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rhonda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her mother Twyla; and her grandparents, Charles, Patricia Parks, Fred and Billy Lou Wooley.
She is survived by: her father Richard Berry of Artesia; and her siblings, Charity Bagby (Staniel) of Portales, Amanda Lemus of Portales, Alyssa Johnson (Brennan) of Sherman, Texas and R. J. Berry (Taylor) of Los Alamos. She is also survived by seven nephews; seven nieces; two great nieces, and one soon to be great nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wheeler Mortuary (500 E 3rd St, Portales, NM 88130).
