He is survived by: his wife Beth Franks; his daughters, Leiann Saniger (James) of Maryville, TN and Danielle Franks of Portales; his grandchildren, Andrew, Emma, Paisley, Brody, Hadley and Oliver of Maryville, TN; his siblings, Dallas Draper of Melrose, Betty Lynn Hoskins of Tucson, AZ, Melba Hollaway (Gary) of Melrose, Neal Franks of Big Springs, TX and David Brown of Melrose; his siblings-in-law, Roger Winch of Las Vegas, NV, Vicki Herrington of Afton, OK, Carol Coleman (Bill) of Clovis and Bettiruth McKee (Tom); and his mother-in-law Diana Elliott of Clovis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
