She was predeceased by: her son Ricky; her sisters, Dolly Meeks, Gracie Nix and Vita Bennett; and her husband Frank Levacy.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne (Theresa Levacy) of Portales, Steve (Martha Levacy) of Portales and Veronica Levacy of Portales; her grandchildren, Frank, Montana Levacy, Millie German, Samantha Reynolds, Crystal, Ryan Cooke, Jahanna, Dustin Provencio, Tae Tabor and Julie Ann Tabor; and her sisters, Dorthea Nicholes of Amarillo, TX and Ronda Gentry of Viejo, CA.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
