He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ashbrook Green and Helen Louise Clark; his brother Rodney Green; and his son-in-law Jason Kokoszka. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Green (Scarselli); his children, Sean Green (Terri), Suzette Kramer (David), Annette Kokoszka and Stephen Green (Natalie); his grandchildren, Roslynn, Simon Green, Landon, Braxton Kokoszka, Andrew and Sara Segotta; his great grandchild Brayden Decker; and his niece Linda Hudson (Sean).
