She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Allen Wheeler and Rosie Ann Wheeler (Rivali); her husband William L. Garrett; her children, Barbara Jean Wheeler and Jerry R. Wheeler; her grandsons, Joseph Wheeler and Robert Wheeler; her siblings, Mary Wheeler, Ernie Wheeler, Frank Wheeler, Billy Wheeler and Jody Wheeler; and her brother-in-law Phil Garrett.
She is survived by : her children, Charlene Valdez (David) of Raton, Rosalie Bernal (Sam) of Raton, Edith Garrett of Raton, Frank Wheeler of Dalhart, Joe Wheeler of Las Cruces and Pat Garrett (Any Atwater) of Raton; and her siblings, Linda Parry (Ross) of Dalhart, Lucille Wheeler of Guymon, Ralph Wheeler of Las Vegas, Richard Wheeler (Virginia) of Dalhart and Ray Wheeler (Imelda) of Houston, Texas.. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
