She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lee and Wanda Louise Adams; her husband Leo Victor "Vic" Pagett; her grandchildren, Machelle Pagett and Neal Pagett; her parents-in-law, Leo and Zelma Pagett; her sister Alice Lee Taylor; her brother-in-law Tom Taylor; and her brother Don Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Ken Pagett (Jamie), Wade Pagett (Christi), Craig Pagett, Kirk Pagett and Tana Pagett; her grandchildren, Zach Pagett, Connor Pagett, Amy Powers, Riley Pagett, Ty Pagett, Derek Leininger, Dane Leininger and Danielle Leininger; her great grandchildren, Bradford Pagett, Blakely Pagett and Luke Lujan; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Adams, Violet Pagett and Mary Pagett; and her friend Legion of Mary. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
