She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Cook and Clareese Cook; her husband Jim; and her brothers, Ray, Bud and Charles.

She is survived by : her children, James Neil Segotta (Terri), Cindy Segotta-Jones (Carlton), Faron Segotta (Mickie) and Justin Bruce Segotta (Melinda); and her sisters, JoAnn Bass (Dale), Sue Lark and Debbie Ulibarri. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
