He was predeceased by: his mothers, Isabel Beltran and Hortencia Beltran; his wife Gloria Beltran; his siblings, Emma Delgado, Simon Beltran, Paula Silva, Francis Venegas and Joe Beltran; and his grandson Elijah James Yaw.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Aguilera (Sisto), Senaida Mora (Hector), Michelle Beltran, Gloria Beltran-Valles, Isabel Beltran (David) and Xavier Beltran; and his siblings, Cecilia Triste, MaryAnn Gutierrez, Jenny Maestas and Johnny Beltran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
