She is survived by: her parents, Guy Sturner (Susan) and Wendy Linebrink-Allison Allison (Jason); her siblings, Julie Haas (Chris), Shasta Saavedra (Gary) and Harmony Daddato (Michael); and her grandparents, Anita Dyer, Jimmie Allison (Barbara), Karen Wells and Elizabeth Linebrink.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation Inc. or American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in honor of Alyssa's memory.
