He is survived by: his wife Crestella Ellis; his children, Terri Zimmerman (Richard), Robert Vialpando (Michelle Veresan), Kathy Walker (William) and Monica Cordova (Ramon Nevarez); his brother William Ellis (Hazel); his grandchildren, Jason Richards (Jamie Gaston), Krista Williams, Timmy Vialpando Jr., Michael Anthony Vialpando, Roger Modesto Vialpando, Erik Walker, Pablo Lujan, Felipe Cordova and Juan Nevarez (Dedra Perea); and his great grandchildren, Rhayne Conrad, Liam Richards, Aiden Oswald, Aalyiah Lundberg, Dominic Lujan, Mia Lujan, Nadia Cordova, Esperanza Cordova, Mardoqueo Cordova and Xavier Nevarez.
