He is survived by: his wife Janie Malley; his children, Serenity Malley, Aayliah Malley, Joey Malley, Jr. and Charles Malley; his mother Janice Williams Mason; his stepfather David Mason of Lordsburg, NM; his siblings, Vanessa Boynton (Dan), Lydia Murray, Charles Malley (Tammy) and Jesse Malley; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Anderson (Bennie), Hubert Green (Crystal) and William Green (Kerry); and his mother-in-law Judy Green of Webster Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
