He is survived by: his grandchildren, Austin Schaap and Kayla Alger; his wife Martha Jane Doty; his daughters, Sandi (Larry Blakey) and Sherri (Eddie Schaap); his grandchildren, Andrew Schaap, Tommy Alger, Steven Schaap, Airen Schaap, Kambrey Blakey, Lindsay Blakey and Mattison Blakey; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Cornelia, Gerrit Alger, Jackson, Holland, Willem, Anja and Henrik Schaap. He is also survived by other family members and his many friends.
