He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Medrano and Gloria Medrano; his father-in-law Armin Grado; his son Jason Medrano; his brothers, Richard Medrano (Beatrice Medrano), Cecil Medrano and Armando Medrano; and his niece Ruby Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his wife Noelia Medrano; his daughters, Ashley Medrano (Jerome Torrez) and Clarissa Medrano (Guadalupe Ortiz); his granddaughter Iyla Torrez; his close friend Gary Barbe; and his brother Oscar Sr. Medrano.
