She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Serapio Vegara and Erminia Vegara; her brother-in-law Humberto Estrada (Renee Marquez); her brother Tony Garcia; her mother Mary Agnes Jimenez; and her brother Tommy Lujan.
She is survived by: her husband Joey Vegara; her daughter Jeanette Garza Alvarez; her son-in-law Rene Alvarez; her daughter Ashley Tavarez; her son-in-law Carlos Tavarez; her grandchildren, Jordan Garza, Clarisse Garza, Alayna Tavarez, Josiah Alvarez, Adelina Tavarez, Annabelle Tavarez, Viviana Alvarez and Ayden Tavarez; her sister Valerie Estrada; her siblings-in-law, Martha Garcia, Darlene Lujan, Lydia Vegara, Marie Vegara and Larry Vegara; and also Dolores "Lola" Garcia. She is also survived by her numerous aunts & uncles, nieces & nephews, cousins, great-family-members, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home and Crematory (2609 S Main St, Roswell, NM 88203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ's Church (2200 N Sycamore Ave, Roswell, NM 88201). A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 3:30 PM at the South Park Cemetery (3101 S Main St, Roswell, NM 88203). A reception will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Christ's Church (2200 N Sycamore Ave, Roswell, NM 88201).
