She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Steve DeNio; her mothers, Day Nursery and Allene Stephens; her sister Charlotte Burge; her children, Jason Eugene DeNio (Steve DeNio), Jamie Bouldin of Roswell, NM, Jolie Van Winkle (Stephanie Taylor Marshall) of Albuquerque, NM and Dustin DeNio (Maureen) of Roswell, NM.; her grandchildren, Bennett Bouldin (Riley Severide) of Waco, TX, Lauren Bouldin of Las Cruces, NM, Jason and DeLaney DeNio of Roswell, NM; her pets, Bongo, African Grey Parrot and Chloe; and her caregivers, Aracely, Dorothy, Nina and Josie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor of Connies name to the Roswell Working Mother's Day Nursery.
