He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pedro Servantez, Petra Servantez, Ramon Diaz Sosa and Maria Diaz-Sosa. He is survived by: his parents, Antonio Diaz Sosa and Christina Servantez; the mother of his children Melanie Fuentez; his children, David Servantez Jr., Dominic Servantez and Hazel Servantez; and his siblings, Sabrina Servantez, Mary Servantez, Jesse Hernandez and Antonio Diaz-Vargas Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; as well as numerous close friends.
