She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Torrez and Plajeres Montoya Torrez; her husband Joe Mendoza; her siblings, Ralph Torrez, Martha Chavez, Emma Brijalba and Rufina Herrera; her son-in-law Raymond Harris Sr.; her children, George Mendoza (Karen) of Pampa, TX, Billy Joe Mendoza (Loretta) of Albuquerque, NM, Joe Mendoza Jr. (Fatima) of Rio Rancho, NM, Angelo Mendoza (Linda) of Capitan, NM, Arthur Mendoza (Tina) of Capitan, NM, Stella Harris and Sylvia Marrufo (Alfonso) of Roswell, NM; her siblings, Candelario Torrez of Artesia, NM, Isabel Tavarez of Roswell, NM and Orlidia Vincent of Eagle Pass, TX; and her sister-in-law Hope Torrez of Roswell, NM.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
