He is survived by: his wife Janice Self; his children, Michael Self of Los Angeles, California, Bernadette Self of Roswell, Anna Self of Roswell, NM and Kristi Lynn Torres (Tom Morris) of Joplin, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Faith Green (Brown), Tyler Green of Springfield and Bryanna Torres of Springfield, Missouri.; his siblings, Willard Self of Federal Way, Washington and Judy Self Brown of Lafayette, Louisiana; his sister-in-law Muriel "Bit" Self of Pine Prairie, Louisiana.; and his former wife Juanita Sedillos-Self of Roswell.
