He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Lilley and Pat Lilley; his granddaughter Brianna; his brother Jess (Bernadine); and his parents-in-law, Dick and Lynn Waggoner.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene; his sons, Marc (Lisa) of Scottsdale, AZ, Matt (Danielle) of Lubbock, Tim (Tashina) of Parker, CO and Scott of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Brock, Macie (Jake), Madison (Jake), Henry, Lucas and MiKaylie; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Grayson; his siblings, Joe (Sue), Michael (Diane), Chris (Jerra), Tom (Cathy), Ann Jaramillo (Mike), Dan (Lisa), Monica Reynolds (Chris) and Kay; and his brother-in-law Will Waggoner (Cecille). He is also survived by 85 nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (9821 Frankford Ave, Lubbock, TX 79424).
