He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kelley and Clota Belle Kelley (Sanders); his father-in-law Alvin Pittman; his sister-in-law Jeanie Kelley; his nephew Kelley Green; his brother-in-law Bobby D Green; and his cousin Randy Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Kelley; his children, Chase Kelley and Jennifer Ray (Dustin); his grandchildren, Mckenzie Kelley, Hailey Kelley (Leslie Reyes), Lane Hellums (Nichelle), Brittany Ray (Sam Freeman), Madison Ray, Larry Ray and Jaxon Ray; his great grandchildren, Lane, Frank, Eli, Landon, Jonah and Henry; and his siblings, Linda Green, Kent Kelley and Sanders.
