He was predeceased by : his father Emmett Robert Jones (Bob); his sister Debra Lynn Jones; and his grandparents, Johnnie Samuel, Mae Audrey Jones (Williams), Paul Morgan and Maude Crawford (McGuire).

He is survived by : his mother Phyllis Jean Crawford Jones; his wife Heather Baldock; his children, Tristin, Cavan, Addison and Laurelen; his brother Robert Jones (Becky); his nephew Morgan Jones (Amy); his great-nephew Clayton Jones; and his cousins, Robert P. Meyer, Douglas Meyer, Rebecca Meyer Columbia and Dianna Meyer Thomas. He is also survived by his daughters and son won honors with their animals.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ's Church's Household of Faith Fund.
