He is survived by: his children, Jerry Patton (Amber) of New Mexico, Jimmy Patton (Erin) of Missouri and Jeanie Eaker (James) of New Mexico; and his siblings, Bobby Patton (Susan) of Oklahoma and Lynda Robinson (Jim) of Roswell.
