She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Durant Walker and Kathryn Marie Lanning; her son Clifford Grey Smith; her former husband Jerry N. Smith; and her husband Robert Joseph Leonard.
She is survived by: her daughter Jere Kathryn Smith; and her grandchildren, Lindsay, Hayley, Marbury and Grey.
