He was predeceased by: his parents, Tama Kelley and Bryan Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kelley; and his children, Mark Kelley (Christa), Mike Kelley (Tammy), Jennifer Taylor (Kerry), Martin Kelley and Mitchell Kelley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
