She is survived by: her children, Samantha Sambrano, Johnny Sambrano, Cassandra Ortiz and Roy Ortiz Jr.; her grandchildren, Amiyah Henson, Aiden Peywa-Sambrano, Milani Henson and Ethan Henson Jr.; and her siblings, Nathan Madrid, Bethany Madrid and Derada Primera.
