He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominga Ruiz and Ramon Mejia; and his siblings, Robert Garcia and Virgie Ornelas. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Contreras; his children, Rosie Contreras and Raymond M. Contreras; and his siblings, Manuel Sanchez, Sammy Ruiz and Dora Garcia.
