She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hollingsworth and Julia Hollingsworth; her husband George Hazelbaker; and her siblings, John Hollingsworth, Don Hollingsworth, Phil Hollingsworth, Bud Hollingsworth and Sally Ann Hollingsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hazelbaker (Nancy), Steven Hazelbaker (Lorena), George Hazelbaker Jr. (Linda) and Jennifer Hazelbaker; her sisters, Mary Stanton and Kathy Helton; her niece Judy Hollingsworth; and her close friends, Trina Salmon and Gabriel Noriega. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Paula's family suggests donations be made to the Humane Society or a charity of their choice in honor of Paula.
