It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Dennis Bush of Roswell, New Mexico, born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Merrill and Rhea Little Bush; his brother Phillip Bush; and his son Pat Bush. He is survived by: his children, William Dennis Bush, Susan Lavon Steiner (Kirk Chadler) and Carol Ann Hernandez (Eneas Simon); his wife Delores Bush; and his siblings, Donald Bush (Fran) and Kathy Kimble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (500 N Pennsylvania Ave, Roswell, NM 88201).
