He is survived by: his wife Martha Moyers; his children, Billy Jr. Torres of Roswell, Sammy Torres of Roswell, Louie Torres (Monica) of Roswell, Joel Torres (Priscilla) of Roswell, Sandra Brewer (Bill) of Roswell and Lilly Sills of Roswell; his grandchildren, Timothy Torres (Anna), James, Patrick Brewer, Brianna Torres Esperanza Torres, Katalena Torres, Justin Torres, Michael, Michelle Sills, Deanelia Gladyzs, Louie and Jordan Torres; his great grandchildren, Ysabella and Mireya Torres; Foster, Church, Sergio Tirado and Troy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
